The first phase of our process begins with an initial conversation to establish our clients’ goals followed by an onsite visit which provides insight into the necessary technical and design elements of the project. Next, the CoolDigz team will compare the client’s needs and wants against their budget for the project to determine the appropriate project elements and create a proposal providing scope of work, an equipment list, and installation, training, and maintenance plans.
The next phase begins upon acceptance of the proposal. The CoolDigz team initiates project planning and design. A project timeline will be established and installation date set. A project manager is assigned to every project and is the client’s primary point of contact, although the entire CoolDigz team is always available to assist our clients. The project manager is responsible for:
- Onsite management
- Project timeline development
- Manpower allocation
- Equipment ordering
- Interfacing with other trades/subcontractors
- Maintaining client communication
- End-user training
During the third phase, the CoolDigz team installs and integrates the equipment and systems in your home. There will be an internal commissioning, to debug and test the functionality of the systems prior to being installed.
Once the installation is complete, the final phase of the project is to present the system to the client for final training and sign-off. Your project manager will check your understanding of and satisfaction with the system and provide training. The CoolDigz team will make sure that those using the technology feel confident in doing so.
